K4 Customs is an online store only. Customer pickup or in-person visits at the registered business address are not available.
Products
Product information, including size, color, material, durability and other details, is shown on the product page. The customer is responsible for reading the product information before placing an order.
Product images, mockups and previews are for visual reference only. The final product may slightly differ from the preview because of screen settings, selected size, selected color, design proportions, vehicle shape, window shape or customer measurements.
Measurements and Fitment
The customer is responsible for checking all measurements before ordering.
K4 Customs is not responsible if the selected sticker size does not fit the intended surface or does not look as expected after installation.
Custom Products
Custom and personalized products are made according to the customer’s selected options, text, measurements, uploaded files or approved design.
The customer is responsible for checking spelling, size, color, layout and all order details before confirming the order.
Once production has started, custom or personalized products cannot usually be changed, cancelled or returned, unless the product is defective or K4 Customs made an error.
Customer-Provided Content
By submitting text, images, logos, files or designs, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use that content.
K4 Customs is not responsible for copyright, trademark or intellectual property issues caused by customer-provided content.
K4 Customs reserves the right to refuse any order that appears illegal, unsuitable, technically impossible or likely to infringe third-party rights.
Installation and Use
Unless installation is provided directly by K4 Customs, the customer is responsible for installing the product.
The customer must make sure the installation surface is clean, dry, smooth and suitable for vinyl application.
K4 Customs is not responsible for installation mistakes, unsuitable surfaces, incorrect placement, reduced durability caused by poor installation, or legal issues caused by sticker placement on a vehicle.
Durability
Any stated durability is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Sticker lifespan depends on material, surface condition, installation quality, weather, sunlight exposure, washing methods, chemicals and aftercare.
Payment and Orders
Orders are processed after payment has been received and all required order details have been provided.
Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
K4 Customs may refuse or cancel an order if the request is unsuitable, illegal, technically impossible, or if order details are missing or unclear.
If an order is cancelled by K4 Customs before production has started, the customer will receive a refund for the cancelled product.
Website Use
It is not allowed to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, upload or spread viruses, malware or harmful code, or use the website in a way that may damage, overload or disrupt its normal operation.
K4 Customs reserves the right to restrict access to the website or take appropriate action if misuse is detected.
Intellectual Property
All content on the K4 Customs website, including images, product photos, mockups, designs, text, logos and other materials, belongs to K4 Customs or is used with permission.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, edited, published, used for commercial purposes, or shared elsewhere without written permission from K4 Customs.
Customers may not use K4 Customs product images, designs or website content as their own.
Distance Contract
This distance contract is concluded between K4 Customs, operated by Kristaps Kalējs, address: Latgales iela 261, Latgales priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1063, email: info@k4customs.com, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the customer who places an order through the website https://k4customs.com or contacts the Seller directly by email or another written communication channel to order a product or custom-made product, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
This distance contract applies to all orders and purchases made through the K4 Customs website, as well as to custom orders agreed remotely by email or other written communication, without the Seller and the Customer being physically present at the same time.
1. Conclusion of the Distance Contract
A distance contract is considered concluded when the Customer places an order through the website or confirms a custom order by written communication, and the Seller accepts the order or confirms that the order can be processed.
2. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the distance contract terms, product information, prices, payment terms, delivery terms, return conditions, and privacy information.
3. Website Orders
Before confirming an order through the website, the Customer can review the selected products, product options, size, color, quantity, price, delivery costs, payment method, and total order amount at checkout.
4. Custom Orders by Email or Written Communication
For custom orders agreed by email or other written communication, the Customer confirms the order based on the agreed product details, design information, size, color, price, payment terms, and delivery terms provided by the Seller.
5. Customer Information and Order Confirmation
The Customer confirms that all information provided during the order process is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes the Customer’s name, surname, email address, phone number, billing details, delivery details, selected product options, custom text, size, color, uploaded files, logos, images, and any other information required to complete the order.
K4 Customs is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, incorrect production, or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
After placing an order through the website, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email. For custom orders agreed by email or other written communication, the order confirmation may be provided in writing by email or another agreed communication channel.
The order confirmation confirms that the order has been received or accepted, but it does not guarantee that production has started immediately.
K4 Customs may contact the Customer if additional information, clarification, design approval, or payment confirmation is required to process the order.
6. Prices, Payment, Production, Delivery, and Withdrawal Rights
All product prices are shown or agreed in EUR. The final price of the order, including product costs, delivery costs, and any other applicable charges, is shown at checkout or agreed in writing before the Customer confirms the order.
Orders are processed after payment has been received or confirmed and all required order information has been provided.
K4 Customs may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not completed, order details are missing or unclear, the request is technically impossible, unsuitable, illegal, or likely to infringe third-party rights.
If K4 Customs cancels an order before production has started, the Customer will receive a refund for the cancelled product.
Most K4 Customs products are made to order. Production time depends on the selected product, order size, design complexity, material availability, and current workload.
Estimated production or processing times shown on the website or agreed during communication are not guaranteed delivery dates. If an order requires additional design work, confirmation, special material, or Customer approval, production may take longer.
Orders are delivered using the delivery methods available at checkout or agreed with the Customer. Delivery costs are shown at checkout or agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.
The Customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information, including delivery address, parcel locker details, phone number, and email address.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery provider, parcel locker availability, destination, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside the control of K4 Customs.
K4 Customs is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider, incorrect delivery information provided by the Customer, or the Customer’s failure to collect the parcel on time.
The Customer may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the product is received, unless an exception applies.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the Customer’s instructions or clearly personalized products. This includes, but is not limited to, custom text stickers, custom sizes, customer logos, customer-uploaded designs, approved custom designs, and other personalized products.
This does not affect the Customer’s rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if K4 Customs made an error with the order.
