Custom Sticker Request – Important Information

Please read before submitting your request:

• To protect our design time and prevent design theft, a deposit/design fee is required before we create a custom preview.
  After you submit your custom sticker request, we will contact you via email.
  Once the deposit/design fee is paid, we will create and send a preview image of your sticker design.
  If you approve the preview, you will pay the remaining balance, and we will proceed with production and shipping.
  Your custom preview includes 1 design preview and up to 2 minor revisions.
  Minor revisions include small text, spacing, color, or layout adjustments.
  Requests for a new concept or a major redesign may require an additional design fee.

• Each custom request is reviewed individually, so the final price depends on design complexity, size, and layout.
• Reference image uploads are optional, but they help a lot.
  If you have an example photo/design, upload it so we can better understand the style you want. Copyrighted logos/graphics will not be copied or used unless you have permission. If needed, we can create an original design inspired by the general style/vibe of your reference.

• Mockup / preview images are for visual reference only.
  Final size and placement may look different depending on your vehicle/surface.

• Please provide your desired size as width × height (cm or mm) if possible.
  If you are not sure, send a photo of the area and approximate measurements.

• Custom text is produced exactly as approved, including spelling, symbols, and capitalization.
  Please double-check all text before confirming.

• Not all designs are suitable for cut vinyl.
  Very small details, thin lines, gradients, and complex printed-style artwork may need to be simplified or may not be possible as cut vinyl.

• We may contact you by email to clarify details, suggest size/layout changes, or confirm feasibility before production.

• Production starts only after the final design/details are approved.

• Application surface matters.
  Best results are on clean, smooth surfaces. Old coatings, dirt, wax, or damaged surfaces may affect adhesion.
