The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information, including full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, parcel locker details, and any other information needed for delivery.
K4 Customs is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Most K4 Customs products are made to order – Processing and production time depends on the selected product, order size, design complexity, material availability, and current workload.
Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method, delivery provider, destination, parcel locker availability, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside the control of K4 Customs. Estimated delivery date will be shown, but are not guaranteed. K4 Customs is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider.
If the parcel is delayed, the customer should contact K4 Customs by email so the issue can be reviewed with the delivery provider where possible.

Parcel Collection
If the order is delivered to a parcel locker or pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the time period set by the delivery provider.
If the customer does not collect the parcel on time and it is returned to K4 Customs, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, the customer should contact K4 Customs as soon as possible.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the product is received, unless an exception applies.
To request a return, the customer must contact K4 Customs by email within the 14-day period.

Product Condition
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in good condition.
The customer may inspect the product, but is responsible for any loss of value if the product has been used more than necessary to check it.
For stickers and vinyl products, the product may not be accepted for return if it has been installed, damaged, cut, scratched, removed from the backing paper or transfer tape, contaminated, or is no longer in resellable condition.
Custom Products
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer’s instructions or clearly personalized products.
This includes custom text stickers, custom sizes, customer logos, customer-uploaded designs, approved custom designs, and other personalized products.
This does not affect the customer’s rights if the product is defective, incorrect, or if K4 Customs made an error with the order.
Return Shipping
Before returning any product, the customer must contact K4 Customs by email.
After the return request is reviewed, the product can be returned using Omniva or another agreed delivery method.

Unless the product is defective or incorrect due to a K4 Customs error, the customer pays for return shipping.
The customer is responsible for safely packaging the returned product.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
K4 Customs may withhold the refund until the product has been received back or until the customer provides proof that the product has been sent back.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product, they should contact K4 Customs as soon as possible.

Short description of the issue
If the issue was caused by K4 Customs, we may offer a replacement, correction or refund depending on the situation.

Customers may submit complaints by email:
The complaint should include the order number, customer contact details, description of the issue, and supporting evidence such as photos.
K4 Customs will review the complaint and provide a response within a reasonable time. If additional information is needed, K4 Customs may contact the customer before making a decision.
